Rescheduling Bookings

Timetable changed and you need to reschedule a booking with a seller? Transparency is important when communicating between buyer and seller. Follow this guide to correctly reschedule with a seller.

How to reschedule a booking:

  • Navigate to your Dashboard.
  • Click on “My Bookings”.
  • Here you will find a list of all your bookings.
  • Click on Reschedule.
  • Select your date and time.
  • And click reschedule.

The seller will be notified that the booking has been rescheduled.
